Tuesday -- George Bloom, who died Sunday of consumption, was buried this afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. R.H. Edmonds officiating. A number of local Foresters were in attendance. Court Shelby of Shelby furnished the pallbearers.

George H. Bloom died at his home on Daisy Street Sunday morning at 5 o'clock, aged 28 years. The deceased had been ill since last December with consumption, which caused his death. He removed to this city from Shelby and was employed at the Mansfield Machine works. He leaves a wife.
The deceased was a member of court Shelby, No. 555, Independent Order of Foresters, and the local court will have charge of the funeral, which will be held Tuesday at 3 p.m.
